• Orders: your name, email, phone number, collection date and any notes, so we can prepare your order, contact you about it and keep accounting records.
• Enquiries: the details you send through our enquiry form, so we can reply.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never your full card details.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website: Netlify (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (sending order emails). We don’t sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

Your basket is saved in your browser’s local storage. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies or identify you. Staff signing in to our admin area use a necessary login cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, and enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
